Job Title

As a junior service implementation analyst, you will play a crucial role in our messaging team, directly supporting the implementation of mobile messaging solutions for diverse clientele. Reporting to the global service implementation manager, you'll engage collaboratively with various teams including sales, operations, and technical support to ensure seamless service delivery.

Your primary responsibilities will involve onboarding customers into rich messaging channels, managing orders, and ensuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll also maintain comprehensive documentation of services and processes while continuously seeking opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.

This is a vital role in the organization, and you will cooperate with all members of the sales, product management, support, and implementation teams based across all global offices. Your core focus will be to administrate and drive client provisioning to ensure sales and implementation cycles run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the performance and coordination of operator and partner administration.
  • Maintain ordering, deployment, and ongoing usage of messaging services for clients.
  • Ownership of internal processes related to client orders and provisioning of inbound numbers or registered senders.
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders to detail requirements, changes, and service modification.
  • Keep up-to-date documentation on provisioned attributes with partners globally.
  • Review current processes and look for quality and efficiency gains where possible.
    • Strong knowledge of computer software and tools.
    • Experience in customer service field.
    • Effective research skills to support implementation efforts.
    • Demonstrated work experience is preferred.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
    • Organized and methodical approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Resilience under pressure and ability to maintain performance standards.
    • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset to problem-solving.
      • Fluency in English (reading and writing) is essential; intermediate proficiency is expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with web-based CRM or service desk applications.
  • Data analysis capabilities.
  • Proficient presentation skills.
