Job Title

 

  • The position involves dealing with complex technical inquiries from dealerships via a specific system and prioritizing service based on standard guidelines.
  • Dealers' technicians will receive guidance in diagnosis and troubleshooting, with issues escalated to management as required.
  • On-site visits will be conducted to provide face-to-face support and issue technical communications to enhance dealer skills.
  • Tech Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be updated to evaluate Technical Service Operation and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Complex diagnoses will be escalated to related departments for risk management evaluation.

 

Key Requirements

 

  • A teamwork mindset and knowledge of risk management principles are essential.
  • Previous experience in vehicle repair and After Sales knowledge is necessary.
  • The ability to support dealers in repairing vehicles based on a 'first-time fix' concept is crucial.
  • Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles (HEV, PHEV, BEV) is required.
  • Effective communication with dealer technicians, internal teams, and suppliers is vital.
  • A focus on customer satisfaction is necessary.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive) is required.
  • Over 6 years of experience working in automotive repair in a dealership or similar service environment is necessary.
  • Analytical skills in vehicle parts analysis are required.
  • Intermediate level English proficiency is necessary.
