  • Strategic Vehicle Allocation: Manage vehicle distribution across retail and fleet channels, considering specific criteria for each country, region, and market reality.">
  • Wholesale Planning: Balance product mix across sales channels and regions to optimize plant inventory and meet financial targets.">
  • Logistics Partnerships: Collaborate with logistics for quarter-end closing to ensure maximum efficiency in daily sales and revenue recognition.">
  • Dealership Network Management: Ensure adequate vehicle availability to meet commercial goals and monitor production by plant, model, and sales channel.">
  • Retained Units Management: Coordinate with quality, logistics, and engineering to quickly release retained units for sale.">
  • Internal Department Support: Assist corporate fleet, marketing, and other departments in allocating vehicles effectively.">
  • Credit Line Monitoring: Track dealership credit line availability and participate in credit evaluations and strategic meetings.">
  • Plant Stock Administration: Maximize billing and reduce aging by efficiently reallocating plant stock across channels.">
  • Dealer Network Analysis: Analyze dealer network stock levels, including registered and unregistered vehicles, previous year models, aging, and days of supply.">
