Key Responsibilities

This role offers the opportunity to support Head Teachers in teaching classes, preparing content, and managing students in school environments. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing academic support in classes, sharing guidance with students to enhance their learning experience
  • Assisting the Head Teacher in distributing and collecting educational materials
  • Participating in the implementation of instructional projects
  • Ensuring classrooms are organized with necessary resources
  • Contributing to the creation of a positive learning environment through decorations and bulletin boards
  • Adapting activities to cater to students with special educational needs
  • Guaranteeing student safety during activities, observing, guiding, and intervening when necessary
  • Welcoming students at entrance and exit, maintaining safety standards
  • Accompanying students during meal times
  • Managing classes in absence or temporary unavailability of the Head Teacher
  • Recording student activities through videos and photos
  • Participating in Academic Meetings, educational conferences, and development workshops
  • Attending school events open to families
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Pedagogy or related field
  • Desirable: 2 years of classroom experience and expertise in Early Childhood Education
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bilingualism
  • Specific technical knowledge in Early Childhood Education
  • Desirable knowledge in IB Methodology and Child Development
  • Soft skills and values such as Digital Thinking, Caring Profile, Interpersonal Relationships, Conflict Management, Creativity
