The ideal candidate will provide support to Head Teachers in teaching classes, preparing content, and managing students in school environments. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Head Teacher in distributing and collecting materials
- Participating in the implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects by the school
- Keeping the classroom organized with materials requested by the Head Teacher
- Decorating walls, doors, tables, and bulletin boards around the school
- Adapting activities for students with special educational needs
- Ensuring safety during activities and observing, guiding, and interfering when necessary
- Receiving students at the entrance and exit of the school and ensuring their safety
- Accompanying students at meal times and ensuring they eat well
- Managing the class in times of absence or temporary unavailability of the Head Teacher
- Recording student activities through videos and photos and sending them to the Head Teacher within established deadlines
- Participating in Academic Meetings, educational conferences, and development workshops to improve professional competence
Required skills and qualifications:
- Education: Attending or graduated in Pedagogy
- Experience: 2 years of classroom experience desirable
- Language proficiency: English
- Specific technical knowledge: Bilingualism, Early Childhood Education
- Desirable knowledge: IB Methodology, Child Development
- Soft skills and values: Digital Thinking, Caring Profile, Interpersonal Relationships, Conflict Management, Creativity
