About the Role

We're seeking a Program Coordinator to support our online programs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, ensuring smooth program operations.
  • Act as the primary contact for students, handling queries, issues, and requests.
  • Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, promoting effective collaboration.
  • Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to enhance student engagement and learning.
  • Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
  • Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
