About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative individual contributor to join our team as an HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Director of People, you will drive vision execution and position the company for rapid scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processes and design a consistent hiring process across all markets.
  • Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience and implement surveys to analyze data and develop action plans.
  • Rewards and Incentives: leverage current compensation and incentives plans, benchmark against other companies, and ensure our schemes are fit for the future.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential and complying with local legal requirements.
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
  • Own the plan and logistics of internal events.
  • Implement performance review programs, design and implement training programs, and design and implement career growth plans.
Requirements
  • You're passionate about people and creating a thriving culture and positive working environment for all employees.
  • Previous People/HR Management experience, ideally in the FMCG or Retail sector.
  • Startup experience is desired - ability to work within a complex and evolving business environment.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage and balance high-priority requests with long-term projects.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to go deep into problems and create comprehensive plans and strategy.
  • Impact and influence: ability to work with senior stakeholders and Co-founders across the business.
  • Agile: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR function and/or a generalist role.
  • English proficiency is mandatory, Spanish is good to have.
