Job Title: Commercial Specialist – Sportsbook

This is a dynamic role in the sportsbook division, where you will drive growth and engagement through innovative promotions and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Promotion Development: Develop and execute comprehensive promotional strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to inform campaign decisions and optimize results.
  3. Campaign Execution: Create engaging content and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  4. Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct competitor benchmarking and propose improvements to promotional initiatives.
  5. Calendar Development: Collaborate in building the promotional calendar and retention strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Marketing Experience: Previous experience in marketing, commercial, or promotional roles, preferably in sports betting or e-commerce.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and creative skills, with the ability to develop innovative and impactful campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and writing skills to produce clear and persuasive content.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, and basic understanding of Google Analytics.
Nice to Have:
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM or marketing automation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the sports industry and/or relevant technologies.
