This role offers a dynamic chance for individuals to contribute to delivering deal value and driving growth. As part of our fast-growing Delivering Deal Value team, you will support corporate and private equity clients through M&A-driven operational and transformational challenges.

  • We conduct operational due diligence, data modeling, project planning, and business improvement to help clients realize value across the deal lifecycle.
  • You will own sub-sections of deal-related deliverables such as buy-side and sell-side documentation.
  • Collaboration with international teams, especially in the U.S., and reporting findings in real-time are essential aspects of this job.

You will be responsible for supporting transaction-focused projects including carve-outs, post-merger integrations, and rapid value creation.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of deals, including financial analysis, valuation, and integration.

">Requirements:">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Advisory, M&A, post-merger integration, or carve-out projects is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • The ability to work independently and within international teams is essential.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
  • Understanding the importance of having correct information management is crucial.
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection is necessary.
