Senior Client Development Manager

The role of Senior Client Development Manager involves building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to gain insights into their most urgent business problems. This includes articulating FICO's capabilities and leveraging knowledge, exceptional relationship skills, and proven consultative-selling abilities to achieve success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and shaping potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement with internal sales, product, delivery, and marketing experts to formulate and effectively position solution proposals.
  • Creating comprehensive client business plans and engaging in complex deal negotiation to build a stable, growing pipeline of current and future business opportunities.
  • Engaging in complex deal structuring and negotiation efforts designed to protect existing business and win new deals.
  • Ensuring clients are delighted with solutions purchased and FICO's quality of service to create win-win relationships that are long-term, expanding, and profitable.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business or science-based discipline or equivalent experience developed in a commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring and selling complex SaaS, enterprise solutions to new clients in the Banking and Finance sector.
  • Proven experience in building relationships with senior clients combining understanding of the client's industry and shared business challenges along with knowledge of FICO's solutions.
  • Experience of winning new business in Argentina.
  • A collaborative style with experience engaging diverse groups of internal colleagues to articulate a truly compelling client value proposition.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with ability to influence and motivate team members across different departments and levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset with proven experience successfully coordinating diverse cross-functional teams to achieve complex business objectives.
