This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
You will be responsible for managing and implementing changes in the quality department through projects, interacting with cross-functional teams, mapping opportunities for improvement in quality, developing project plans and executing them, analyzing risk activities and projects, managing deadlines, acting in meetings and forums representing the area, managing the traceability program, and monitoring indicators for decision-making.
- Develop and implement quality projects that improve product safety and quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, such as engineering or biology, and experience in quality assurance in the food industry. The candidate must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
