Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality assurance efforts and drive business success. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring quality, stability, and successful delivery of technology solutions across various industries.

You will play a critical role in defining, designing, and executing end-to-end QA strategies for regression, integration, functional, and UAT cycles. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios that align with complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute QA plans, strategies, and roadmaps to ensure high-quality software releases.

  • Lead testing efforts across internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators to ensure seamless system integration.

  • Author, maintain, and execute test scripts across multiple environments and development stages to ensure full test coverage.

  • Participate in Agile sprint planning and provide accurate estimates for QA activities to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Track, log, and manage defects using tools like HP Quality Center (HPQC) and ServiceNow to ensure prompt defect resolution.

  • Support data integrity and system communication between shopfloor applications and core enterprise systems.

  • Translate technical concepts into process flows, user journeys, and test cases aligned with business goals to ensure effective quality assurance.

Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead with:

  • 10–12 years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years in a lead role supporting industrial or manufacturing applications.

  • Strong knowledge of shopfloor technologies including MES, labeling systems, and OPC integration.

  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and structured QA processes.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across diverse technical and non-technical teams.

  • Proficient with test and defect management tools – experience with HPQC and ServiceNow is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between developers, stakeholders, and end users.

  • Experience creating process flows and documentation using tools like Visio is a plus.
