Key Role Summary

This is a critical role focused on leading business strategy and operations for our cloud organization in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have expertise in driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring junior team members.

The successful individual will be responsible for developing business plans, executing operational and strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding program outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership to the Cloud Sales Leadership and develop business plans for annual and quarterly planning processes.
  • Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans and leading analyses.
  • Own strategic initiatives on both an ongoing and ad hoc basis, working collaboratively across the global organization.
  • Be able to project manage, coordinate, and communicate effectively to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of relevant experience in strategy and operations, management consulting or corporate strategy.
  • Experience working with client and stakeholder executives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving operational and initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or other relevant technical advanced degree.
  • Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and market landscape.
  • Ability to present to executives and communicate with highly technical management teams.
