The Role: Commercial Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced commercial director to lead our infrastructure projects from tender to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial strategies that ensure profitability and optimal delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, PMP) is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial roles within infrastructure construction.

  • You will lead contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal standards.
  • You will administer major infrastructure contracts and manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
