Business Performance Analyst

This role is designed to manage and coordinate financial statements, business activity reports, forecasts, annual budgets, and analysis reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing in-depth analysis and suggestions for improvement.

  • Manage/coordinate financial statements, business activity reports, forecasts, annual budgets, and analysis reports
  • Report and explain all Business Unit Profit & Loss lines until EBIT, including all operational costs
  • Track KPIs and provide in-depth analysis and suggestions for improvement
  • Drive and support the business by assisting business leaders to take informed decisions
  • Communicate and present proactively controlling topics to Head of Business and other stakeholders
  • Provide independent and objective information to ensure systematic control and strict monitoring of planned objectives
  • Ensure compliance/governance by ensuring the correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of Financial Reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement in CO relevant concepts, processes, and tools
">Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of experience in Finance area. Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and proficiency in Advanced English are required.
