About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and expertise in data analysis, process optimization, and sales team support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor key business metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, update, and standardize business processes, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Automate data collection and processing tasks to optimize efficiency, reduce manual errors, and enhance data quality.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for orders, providing exceptional support to internal and external customers, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data to ensure proper system functionality and optimal business outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by participating in process enhancements, identifying areas for growth, and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate the sales team on best practices, new tools, and emerging trends in sales operations.
  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking progress against targets and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Support leadership with data-driven information for meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
