Delivery Operations Manager

We're seeking a leader to manage delivery operations. You'll oversee the teams responsible for parcel sorting and processing at one of our dynamic delivery stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, promoting a culture of care on-site.
  • Become proficient in processes such as 5S audits and inventory control.
  • Achieve productivity targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with support teams on staffing, scheduling, and performance.
  • Implement process improvements and contribute to Six Sigma initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Employee and performance management experience.
  • Previous leadership experience managing large teams.
  • Expertise in two or more production or supply chain areas.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze data.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent language skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience with Kaizen and Lean methodologies.
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and stressful situations.
