Senior Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee Sales and Marketing operations, driving structure, clarity, and consistent execution.

This role offers the opportunity to bring process discipline and improvement expertise to our high-impact teams, with a focus on sales performance, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of sales team performance, tackling underperformance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Management and optimisation of HubSpot data for accurate reporting and KPI tracking
  • Implementation of corrective action plans and lead improvement projects
  • Creation of a sales playbook for every role to ensure consistency and efficiency

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Bringing strong management and process discipline to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Implementation and monitoring of processes in ClickUp, ensuring documentation and compliance
  • Management of supplier relationships for clear scope, timely delivery, and quality results
  • Aligning organic marketing with paid media buying for maximum impact
  • Budget management and ROI tracking for every campaign

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills
  • Proven experience managing sales & marketing projects or cross-department operations
  • Deep CRM knowledge (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Exceptional process design, implementation, and improvement skills
  • Strong data analysis ability - spot trends and act fast
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
