Regional Operations Leader

We seek an accomplished professional to oversee and scale our regional operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Prioritize and manage resources to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.
- Monitor attrition rates and develop proactive strategies for employee retention.
- A minimum of 8–12 years of experience in senior leadership or country management roles, preferably within IT/Consulting sectors.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and ensuring HR compliance with measurable improvements in retention rates.
- A proven ability to set up, scale, and manage IT/Tech teams effectively.
- Established reputation for building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans that align with compliance and efficiency goals.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adept at problem-solving, and have a strong work ethic. You should also be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
