We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our regional operations, driving performance and efficiency across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale operations, with expertise in process design, team management, and performance analytics.
Responsibilities">
- Directly manage operational teams, including customer support and teaching departments;
- Design and implement efficient operational processes and structures to ensure stable performance;
- Set up, monitor, and improve KPIs and motivational frameworks for Team Leaders and their teams;
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure quality through tools such as performance analytics and QA frameworks;
- Manage team budgets and ensure cost efficiency;
Requirements">
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, contact center, or customer support management;
- Proven ability to manage large-scale operations, with expertise in process design and team management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams;
- English and Portuguese proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages;
