The role of a Marketing Manager is crucial in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing plan, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Organize and manage offline and online events to boost brand awareness and generate sales-qualified leads.
  • Leverage translation tools to localize and update marketing materials in Portuguese, in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Collaborate with media outlets for article releases, advertising, and thought-leadership content via social media.
  • Provide marketing support for distributors, including coordinating launch updates, sharing best practices, and assisting with events.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to execute marketing activities that drive mutual objectives.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, and 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in an international B2B setting.
  • Native-level Portuguese and fluent English are essential. Spanish and a South American network are a plus.
  • A hands-on attitude to actively support sales and distributors in South Latin America during events and trade shows.
