Senior Capital Markets Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Capital Markets Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen our capital raising and financing capabilities.
- Originate and manage debt and equity capital markets transactions, working closely with internal departments and external advisors to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare presentations and transaction materials to support transactional activities.
- Assist in preparing offering documents, term sheets, and transaction-related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor and report on transaction pipeline, market developments, and execution timelines, providing critical insights to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, structured finance, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of debt and/or equity capital markets, financial instruments, and transaction structuring is essential.
- Experience in executing complex financial transactions or raising capital in public or private markets is highly valued.
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Deep understanding of capital raising strategies and transaction structuring, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver high-quality documentation and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
