We are seeking a proactive professional to provide support to field teams and leadership.

About the Role

They will play a key role in supporting Area Team Leaders, Operator Maintainers, Mechanical Fitters and Instrument Electrical Technicians to focus on core tasks and drive production delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support schedule compliance and execution
  • Support Operations Management
  • Coordination of Audits and Inspections
  • Parts and Technical Documentation Management support, including but not limited to:
  • Materials staging (including return to stores)
  • Bill Of Materials, Preventative Maintenance and Work Instructions updates
  • Support implementation of Operations Excellence Standards
  • Shift log and Handover management
  • Support Area Team Leaders with Competency Based Training compliance management

A high level of initiative and the ability to stay organised in a dynamic environment is essential for this role.

We require someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to take direction and work independently. They should be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
