We are seeking a highly skilled Booking Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the detailed analysis and delivery of bookings sent by customers.

Your primary focus will be on cargo information, ensuring that all documentation is thoroughly examined and verified.

You will analyze all documentation sent by customers regarding DG cargos, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with regulations.

To avoid last-minute cancellations, you must ensure cargo readiness at all times, keeping our systems updated with the latest information.

Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will need to keep track of cargoes on each vessel using emails and phone calls.

In addition, you will check VGM data in the system for missing information, preventing errors and delays.

Focusing on customer satisfaction, you will follow up on invoices to prevent any issues and ensure timely payment.

Your attention to detail and organizational skills will also be essential in sending invoices to clients as soon as the vessel sails.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellence in Customer Service
  • Upper Intermediate English Level
  • Intermediate level in Word and Excel
  • University degree
