The role of a Ship Agency Operator is to attend and coordinate vessels within their scope, ensuring compliance with processes, standards, and procedures. This position plays a direct impact on the safety and efficiency of ships we manage.

As a key member of our Ships Agency division, you will be responsible for:

  • Attending and boarding vessels as required in line with SOP and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate assigned port calls and ensure smooth operations.
  • Advise on contractors for goods and services, including competitive quotations.
  • Ensure compliance with port services processes and operating systems.
  • Monitor vessel operations, report business opportunities, and manage expenses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A maritime background with experience in Ships Agency Operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral).
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and make fast, sound judgments.
  • Familiarity with port and local authority regulations and procedures.
