**Job Title:** Clinical Innovation Strategist**Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the development and marketing of cutting-edge medical technologies for Pulmonary Embolism (PE) and Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) treatments.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our technologies, competitor offerings, and stay abreast of the latest developments in the VTE space.
  • Support distributor personnel in their area and provide training for all hospital stakeholders to ensure safe and effective use of our products.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional end-to-end customer satisfaction and manage scenarios where cases are proctored with our physicians.
  • Focus on optimizing patient flow strategies with customers to increase the number of patients receiving ClotTrieverTM and FlowTrieverTM.
  • Develop and execute business plans to maximize the footprint of our technologies.
  • Provide regular reports and maintain accurate records within a predefined framework.
**Requirements:**
  • Thorough knowledge of medical and therapeutic principles relevant to therapy development.
  • A proven track record of developing therapies and sales in challenging environments.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and proficiency in managing complex projects.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and experience in ensuring adherence to regulations governing therapy development processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
