This role focuses on promoting Notion's platform within the Brazilian startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage a pipeline of high-impact partners across Brazil.
- Design and launch localized campaigns to drive cost-efficient acquisition from early-stage startups.
- Lead partner onboarding, enablement, and engagement through workshops, events, and resources.
- Use data analysis to audit performance, segment partners by impact, and optimize strategies.
- Develop the Brazilian startup founder journey—mapping gaps, surfacing insights, and tailoring our go-to-market approach accordingly.
- Act as the voice of the region, sharing learnings and collaborating across global teams to scale successful playbooks.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Brazil's startup ecosystem and passion for supporting early-stage founders.
- At least 3 years of experience in growth, partnerships, marketing, or business development roles—ideally within the tech or startup sector.
- Demonstrated success building partner relationships and running campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong operator instincts: able to take initiative, test ideas quickly, and adapt based on what works.
- Analytical mindset and comfort using dashboards and experimentation frameworks to inform decisions.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
