Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and match them with the best talent from our network.
- Develop professional job descriptions to attract top candidates and ensure a smooth matching process.
- Manage the end-to-end matching process to deliver a positive experience for both clients and talent.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development projects or recruiting for developers in tech companies or start-ups.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and talent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
