**Business Security Management**

Ensuring the security of business activities is a critical function within an organization. As a Business Security Manager, you will collaborate closely with business lines to identify and mitigate security risks.

The team is instrumental in managing down security risk and designing effective controls to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. You will provide consultancy on security challenges and ensure the organization meets its security objectives.

As a Business Security Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and meeting information security needs through effective relationship management.
  • Maintaining documentation and mapping of core business products, services, processes, and security controls.
  • Establishing metrics to make strategic decisions and evaluate efficacy.
  • Developing a first-line security risk management and compliance-driven practice.
  • Addressing security proactively during business service/product/technical design, build, and implementation.
  • Communicating security awareness and best practices within the organization.

You are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong understanding of security and engineering practices, as well as experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders. You should be able to communicate effectively across functional teams and have a proven background articulating and negotiating complex security risks and trade-offs.
