Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and help us attract and develop top talent across the USA. You will focus on bringing on-board amazing people who will love our culture and embrace our values.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing: Be an expert in sourcing hard-to-fill positions and finding the best talent in PropTech through innovative sourcing methods, including agile sourcing methodology across the USA.
  • Proactive Talent Pooling: Build diverse talent pools through effective targeting and talent pipelining of both passive and active candidates, keeping Diversity and Inclusion in mind throughout the Talent Attraction process.
  • Collaborative Hiring Process: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders, ensuring a seamless interview process for candidates, facilitate candidate feedback sessions, and debrief meetings to gather input and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and guidance, ensuring a positive candidate experience by delivering clear and transparent communication, managing expectations, and providing feedback.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with hiring processes;
  • Knowledge and experience of online sourcing, including social and professional networking;
  • Candidate experience-focused, passionate about employer branding and being creative in our approach to sourcing talent;
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, tenacious, personable, and articulate;
  • Advanced English ability;
  • Ability to establish trusted relationships with management, candidates, and external partners;
  • Positive attitude combined with a desire to make work fun;
  • A team player that will fit with our values and add to our culture.
