Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist located in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, with some work from home acceptable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, coordinating with hiring managers, and developing employer branding strategies. The primary focus of this role is to source top talent and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels and methods
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
  • Facilitating hiring processes and ensuring timely completion
  • Developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
    • Fluent/advanced English language skills
