About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial statements, as well as provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process
  • Develop and implement accounting and finance related policies and procedures to support the company's scale
  • Comply with government reporting requirements, statutory financial statements and tax filings
  • Support and assist with internal reports and reconciliations
  • Work with external auditors
Requirements
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably with audit experience
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to details
  • Proficiency with systems and MS office
  • Experience with Netsuite (advantage)
  • Team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills
