As a leader in Agile practices and ceremonies, you will be responsible for leading our Site Reliability Engineer Team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • To identify and analyze requirements and validate them with clients and stakeholders.
  • To develop insights from your analysis and advise on scope priority aligned to objectives.
  • To manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with clarity.

Leading a team of skilled professionals, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality projects and services. Your strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to navigate complex challenges and drive results.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Manager leading a team in Agile practices and ceremonies.
  • Proven ability to self-motivate and develop strategy surrounding programs, remaining aligned with product owner and product roadmap.
  • Coaching teams in effective use of Scrum events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, and Retrospective.

We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, collaboration, and resourcefulness. As a certified Agile Scrum practitioner, you will be well-versed in project management principles and methodologies.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ Years Prior Infrastructure OS and MW experience.
  • 5+ Years Prior Production Support experience.
  • Automation skills (preferably Ansible).
