Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process validation efforts across global Medium Wheel Loader programs to drive improvements through collaboration, troubleshooting, and lessons learned.
• Partner with factories to validate components and machines at every stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring top-tier performance.
• Own the structure and strategy for Product Software Programming System, guiding how and when Electronic Control Modules are flashed and configured during assembly, eliminating manual data entry.
• Manage global flashing success for new product introductions and offerings, making sure every Medium Wheel Loader rolls out with precision.
• Take charge of test instructions and coordinate Elek groups to keep validation aligned and efficient.
• Drive targeted in-process validation projects that elevate machine quality and customer satisfaction.
• Advance test cell automation and unify global data and procedures to streamline testing and boost consistency.
