Senior Data Center Technician Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Data Center Technician.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure and foundational technologies that support online services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Demonstrate expertise in standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment.
  2. Provide input for suggested modifications to these processes and procedures as needed to improve service quality and efficiency.
  3. Guide other technicians on best practices and provide guidance on specific tasks.
  4. Maintain awareness of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through dashboards and/or monthly performance discussions.
  5. Train and mentor technicians through on-the-job training and direct guidance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components AND 2+ years' experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • Ability to work shifts, including shift assignments during non-standard business hours that may include evening, nighttime, weekends, and/or holidays.
