Field Service Project Manager Role

As a seasoned professional in field service project management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, Field Service, and other departments to coordinate project inquiries.
  • Develop and disseminate comprehensive technical proposals encompassing work scope, project plans, and manpower allocation for Field Service initiatives.
  • Analyze cost data related to project hours, materials, and equipment required for implementation.
  • Participate actively in meetings, including site surveys with customers during project implementation.
  • Mobilize labor and material resources for Field Service projects, overseeing subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and supervision.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Possess 10-15 years of experience in field service project management.
  • Exhibit thermodynamic aptitude, mechanical aptitude for rotating machinery, and system controls knowledge.
Desirable Skills:
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Be able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Display proficiency in MS Software, including MS Projects and Lotus Notes.
Work Environment:

This role requires approximately 50% travel. The incumbent must be highly organized, self-motivated, and flexible, with the ability to cope with diverse tasks, environments, cultural diversity, health and safety systems, and contract types.
