Field Service Project Coordinator

Delivering exceptional project management is a critical component of field service operations.
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is typically required for this role, along with 10-15 years of experience in managing field service projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects, including labor and resource coordination, subcontractor supervision, and project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met across all projects.
- Support sales presentations and handle project invoicing, collections, and client relations.
This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as technical expertise in rotating machinery and project management. Approximately 50% travel may be involved.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in field service project management.
- Technical knowledge, supervisory skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office tools.
