Business Risk Manager

We are seeking a seasoned risk management professional to support our business units in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage first-line risk management activities, including onboarding processes, due diligence, credit and financial analysis, losses and risk events, internal control management, and continuous improvement.
- Develop effective governance frameworks that promote efficiency and accountability.
- Determine and assess the internal control and risk environment.
- Proactively identify risk areas and implement remediation strategies.
- Add a risk lens to strategy and product development.
- Drive documentation activities to minimize single points of failure and conduct process mapping.
- Experience with product and/or non-financial risk.
- Strong knowledge of SOX principles.
- Able to take ownership and lead by example.
- Independence and proactivity.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Quick learner with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to improve and challenge the status quo.
- Ability to challenge various lines of defense.
