Product Management Role

   We are seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for managing the product backlog to roadmap vision and delivering the highest value.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the product backlog to roadmap vision and deliver the highest value
  • Translate epics into user stories
  • Write acceptance criteria and accept or reject work based upon it
  • Create mock-ups and partner with UX on design
  • Work with clients to understand needs and build the relationship
  • Lead usability sessions and integrate user feedback
  • Be the voice of the user to the team
  • Provide input into core positioning and messaging for various products as well as the development of training, sales tools and collateral materials

Requirements:
  • Four-year degree in business, software development or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management for a software company OR at least 2 years of Paycor experience and a demonstrated interest in and aptitude for software products
  • Working knowledge of bringing a product to market, and a passion for providing a seamless product experience to customers
  • A track record of success in the design and execution of cross-functional projects
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
  • Payroll and HRIS experience preferred
  • Strong technology background and proven aptitude for staying current with latest developments in technology and payroll/HR solutions

Paycor offers competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
