We're seeking a visionary technologist to lead our personalization and optimization efforts forward.
Your Key Responsibilities- Design and architect company-wide personalization architecture and strategy
- Solve complex technical challenges related to cold start, exploration/exploitation, and real-time learning
- Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to improve system performance
- Define standards and patterns used across all machine learning teams, influencing strategy across the organization
- 10+ years of experience building machine learning systems with deep personalization expertise
- A recognized expert in machine learning systems with a strong track record of innovation
- Experience in architecting machine learning platforms serving billions of predictions
- Strong understanding of multiple approaches, including deep learning, bandits, causal machine learning, and graph methods
- Advanced machine learning architectures at scale
- Real-time machine learning systems and edge deployment
- Multi-stakeholder marketplace optimization
- Online learning and adaptive systems
