About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Leader to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and excellence across our Small Medium Corporate (SMC) segment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Leading sales teams to achieve sales objectives and exceed targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales challenges and opportunities
  • Providing coaching and guidance to sales managers and sellers to improve sales skills and performance
  • Analyzing sales data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive sales process improvement
  • Developing and implementing sales processes and tools to drive sales excellence and efficiency
  • Partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute business strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions
  • 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
