Sales Overview

Our Sales teams are instrumental in fulfilling Reckitt's mission by fostering mutual success with our clients, ensuring that the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nutrition products are accessible both in stores and online.

Within the Sales division, we aim for excellence across all channels, operating in fiercely competitive categories. This commitment creates a dynamic and fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration is encouraged to achieve outstanding results.

We employ approximately 10,000 sales professionals globally, covering various market roles, including Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development.

Role Overview

Are you ready for a leadership challenge? Become the catalyst for our energetic Field Sales team as a Territory Sales Leader at Reckitt. Your Key Responsibilities

In summary, you will:
- Develop and manage a strategic plan that drives substantial sales growth in your territory.
- Implement business strategies, oversee promotions, and achieve Net Revenue and KPI objectives.
- Lead the Field Sales or Territory Managers team, ensuring optimal retail territory coverage for top-notch execution of sales initiatives and training.
- Recruit and mentor your team, providing continuous coaching and development to help them excel in their roles.
- Guarantee excellent execution and adherence to store layouts, product placements, and promotional activities.

Desired Experience

We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong experience in FMCG or Trade, particularly in Field Sales.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing teams and clients.
- A proven history of leading and enhancing the performance of a field sales team.
- Robust project management skills with a talent for executing initiatives.
- Commercial acumen with sharp analytical abilities, skilled at translating big ideas into successful actions.
- Proficiency in P&L management, strategy formulation, sales negotiation, and achieving operational excellence.
