Main Skills Required:
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies is essential for this position.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is an advantage.
  • Sound experience of project delivery using Agile methodology is required.
  • Sound knowledge of all project management aspects including cost management, scope management etc. is necessary.
  • Experience in working with teams based in multiple time zones is crucial.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is a must.

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master who stands out with certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) but it's not required. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Having worked at least 5-6 years as a Scrum Master.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in Project Management will be added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple Scrum Calls and Teams together.
  • Good understanding Consumer retail Business.
  • Well-versed with Jira.
