Technical Project Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Assistant to support our team in the execution of technical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases of assigned projects, including post-completion review.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geoscience, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, and experience in the offshore survey industry is desirable.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support project management teams in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  • Review and analyze project data, including contract requirements, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality technical content for commercial and project support, including proposals and reports.
  • Stay informed on relevant technical developments, working practices, and Company procedures.
  • Participate in project meetings, site visits, and client interactions as required.

The Technical Project Assistant will report directly to the Project Manager and will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
