Advanced Technical Support Specialist

As a skilled Technical Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional technical expertise and problem-solving skills to handle complex infrastructure challenges. You will work closely with clients based in the USA, handling multiple projects with functional expertise and troubleshooting any technical or functional problems that may arise.
You will be responsible for coding and debugging to resolve technical issues, working on various platforms to support multiple projects and processes. Additionally, you will be the sole Point of Contact (POC) for clients based in various countries.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A strong experience with Product Support/Tech Support is required.
- Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal, especially in English communication.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET programming languages.
- Working experience in database – SQL queries, making API calls using POSTMAN.
- Knowledge of jQuery & CSS is also required.
