Technical Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide technical support to customers in the field, applying defined strategies to increase customer satisfaction with services rendered and contribute to market share growth and equipment availability for our clients.

This role involves supporting various business areas when technical support is requested for general events.

  • Install, instruct on use, clean, and disinfect all endoscopy and surgery equipment line according to manufacturer's manual requirements and internal procedures.
  • Act directly or in partnership with clients and sales representatives to provide preventive and corrective maintenance to clients, increasing satisfaction levels.
  • Detect equipment problems through inspections and identify root causes, providing instructions to clients on cleaning and disinfection of appliances, ensuring they are handled according to manufacturer's manual and internal procedures.
  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., nurses, doctors, purchase managers) and provide support for endoscope service requirements, contributing to business growth.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor periodic performance reports on contracts regarding services provided over time.
  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Education departments during respective events such as congresses, grants, hands-on training, etc.
  • Support management by sending information or performing other activities periodically, ensuring area performance improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Tech certification in Electronics, Electromechanics, or Mechanics.
  • Experience in client-facing roles in the medical field.
  • Tech knowledge in repairing medical equipment.
  • Intermediate English skills (desired).
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills at an intermediate level.
