The Research and Development Specialist (Pigs) will play a key role in executing the solution development pipeline, working closely with technical, marketing, and commercial teams. This involves carrying out research and product development projects, ensuring they are properly executed and aligned with business objectives.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions to help them thrive in their business. You will also ensure a safe working environment and compliance with animal welfare and food safety standards.

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate the ability to handle complex issues independently, while escalating only the most critical matters to the relevant team. Project management experience is highly desirable.
