Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Health, Safety and Environment professional to join our team. This role requires a proactive and engaged individual who can help us maintain a safe and healthy work environment in our facilities and field operations. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to delivering outstanding results, serving others, and pursuing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement safety standards, policies, and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct risk assessments, develop solutions to eliminate exposure to risks, and prevent injuries.
  • Lead COVID-19 prevention efforts through effective protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with global safety programs and local regulatory legislation.
  • Develop safety plans for on-site emergencies, special events, and other unique situations to ensure proper evacuation procedures.
  • Manage HSE KPIs, ensuring safety records and data integrity, accurate reporting, and metrics to support business safety initiatives.
  • Consult and partner with legal for safety regulations interpretations and investigations.
  • Ensure waste is properly treated and disposed.
  • Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform onboarding integration for new employees.
  • Plan and execute Safety technical capacitation.
  • Perform safety inspections.
  • Obtain and maintain Work Permits.
  • Define topics for Daily Safety Dialog.
  • Organize internal and external compliance checks.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in Safety or related field.
  • At least 5 years of field safety experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar industry.
  • Knowledge of Fire Department licenses and Emergency Brigade.
  • Knowledge of Safety regulatory agencies legislation.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
