We are seeking an expert in environmental, health, and safety practices to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS regulations, risk assessment, and compliance.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EHS programs, including training and documentation for employees, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for operational improvement and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
  • Manage EHS data and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP) considered a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in industrial or service sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations in LATAM countries, emphasis on Brazil, Peru, and Mexico.
  • Proven skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience delivering EHS training and supporting audits, licensing, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
