Joom, a leading e-commerce company, seeks an experienced Call Center Team Lead to oversee our operations in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving performance and fostering excellence within the call center team.

Salary and Benefits

As a Call Center Team Lead with Joom, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately **R$ 8,000 - R$ 12,000 per month**, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, we offer:

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing telesales and customer service teams, with a strong background in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel. You will be responsible for:

  1. Oversight of daily call center operations, ensuring smooth workflows and a productive environment
  2. Motivating and inspiring the team to meet and exceed performance goals
  3. Conducting training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
  4. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • More than 2 years of experience managing telesales and/or customer service teams
  • At least intermediate proficiency in English
  • Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and G-suite tools
  • Prior experience with pre-sales and CS teams is a plus
